Job Summary
Automation Test Lead responsible for driving end‑to‑end test automation and QE transformation, aligning automation strategy with the organization’s transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end automation implementation across environments with full test data coverage

  • Drive CI/CD‑based continuous testing and in‑sprint automation

  • Integrate automation with test management tools (JIRA, QTest, Xray, Zephyr, ALM)

  • Design and enhance QE frameworks covering Automation, TEM, TDM, Performance, API, and Integration Testing

  • Hands‑on with tools like AccelQ, UFT, TOSCA, Playwright, Selenium and TDM/TEM tools (GenRocket, ENOV8, Plutora, HeadSpin)

  • Guide teams on modular, reusable frameworks, best practices, and coding standards

  • Enable regression automation, nightly runs, early performance testing, and environment toggling

  • Define automation dashboards, reporting, execution strategy, and GitHub‑based code management

  • Collaborate with BAU, Mobile Automation, QE, Test Data, Environment, and Release teams

  • Build automation strategies for complex scenarios (Banking workflows, Maker‑Checker, Integrations)
