Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and deploy Home Assistant-based smart home systems
Integrate devices across Zigbee, Matter, Wi-Fi, and LAN
Configure hubs, routers, and local networks
Build dashboards and advanced automations
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
Document system architecture and configurations
What We re Looking For:
1 2 years of hands-on experience with Home Assistant
Strong understanding of networking
Comfortable using SSH and basic Linux environments
Familiar with Docker and YAML
Experience integrating multiple device brands (locks, cameras, thermostats, relays, sensors, )
Ability to read logs and debug issues systematically
Strong problem-solving mindset
Bonus points if you ve worked with:
MQTT
Node-RED
WebRTC camera streaming
Local vs cloud integration strategies
Qualities:
Curious and self-driven
Detail-oriented
Passionate about automation and smart systems
