Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships by understanding their automotive desires and offering personalized customization solutions.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, preferences, and budget constraints, guiding them through the customization process.
- Present detailed proposals, including pricing, timelines, and potential add-ons, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, consistently exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive or luxury goods industries.
- Holds a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as occasional test drives and client visits may be required.
- Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
