Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled automotive electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in vehicles and heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles, including wiring, lighting, ignition, battery, alternator, and electronic systems.
- Install electrical accessories such as GPS, alarms, audio systems, and air conditioning units.
- Perform testing using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and quality standards.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and document all work completed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in auto electrical or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in vehicle electrical diagnostics and repair.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work on both light vehicles and heavy-duty machinery.
- Understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards.
