Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of automotive components and systems.
  Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
  Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.
  Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in automotive processes and products.
  Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of engineering objectives.
  Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the engineering team.
  responsible for performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of all school vehicles to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance (preferably with school buses or transport fleets).
Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines.
Hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
