Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Customer Engagement & Premium Sales

  • Conduct personalized test drives and high-touch consultative discussions
  • Understand lifestyle needs and align vehicles to customer aspirations
  • Present ownership benefits, financing solutions, and value propositions tailored to premium buyers
  • Guide customers seamlessly through documentation and delivery coordination
  • Build long-term client relationships through structured follow-ups and post-delivery engagement
  • Deliver a white-glove, experience-led sales journey

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Team Leads and Hub Leadership to align on pricing, assortment, and customer feedback
  • Ensure precision in documentation and compliance processes
  • Maintain high standards across the entire premium buyer journey

Performance & Reporting

You will be measured on:

  • Premium Car Sales Volume & Average Selling Price (ASP)
  • Test Drive Token Conversion
  • Token Delivery Conversion
  • Discount % Management
  • Token Delivery Turnaround Time
  • Premium Buyer NPS
  • VAS & Finance Penetration

What We re Looking For

  • Proven experience in luxury automotive retail or premium dealership environments (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche or equivalent brands)
  • Track record of selling to high-net-worth or premium clientele
  • Strong consultative and relationship-driven sales approach
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Cultural adaptability and confidence working with diverse international customers
  • Valid driving license (UAE license preferred; eligible candidates can convert upon relocation)
  • International exposure strongly preferred
