Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Analyze market trends to assess supply availability and pricing.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorder quantities.
Implement procurement policies and best practices to improve efficiency.
Conduct vendor evaluations and performance assessments.
Assist in resolving supply chain issues and discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and budgets.
