Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and training sessions as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.
