Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for a digital automotive marketplace platform. The role focuses on engaging individual customers (B2C), understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing vehicles and related services such as financing and insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive, auto finance, or insurance sales, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers interested in purchasing vehicles
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
Promote additional services such as financing and insurance
Manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful deals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on market trends and available automotive offerings


Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, auto finance, or insurance
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Experience in B2C (retail) sales is required
Good understanding of car sales process and customer handling
Familiarity with financing and insurance products is a plus
Experience in showrooms, dealerships, banks, or automotive companies is preferred
Presentable and customer-oriented personality
