Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Process sales documentation accurately and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach to expand the customer base.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
