Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on vehicle selection.
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client.
Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms of sale in a transparent and customer-focused manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Stay up-to-date on current inventory, market trends, and product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Process sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product expertise.

1-5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
