Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement

- Participate and initiate KAIZEN activities that are geared toward improvement of service Centers overall performance

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry

Experience with CRM / AS400 is a plus

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

-Good in English, both written and verbal
