Automotive Technician TASC Outsourcing

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technician to join our workshop team in Riyadh. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot engine, transmission, and electronic system faults Repair or replace worn parts, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension components Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures Collaborate with team members and communicate findings to service advisors and customers Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Vocational certificate or diploma in automotive technology 1–5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams Valid Saudi driving license Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in automotive technology or related field Manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz) Experience with computerized service management systems Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems Strong customer service and communication skills Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
