For this, he is the functional manager of the support teams assigned to the UAP (Production Manager, Methods Preparer, Product Quality Specialist and Process Engineer).

In this context, he defines the priorities for actions required from the support functions (Quality, Engineering and Production Management) in order to obtain the best SQCDPI performance for his line.

To be responsible for manufacturing, while respecting the objectives of the production plan

Ensure the application of the definition file

Manage action plans for cost reduction, time reduction, and quality and efficiency improvement within your scope.

To guarantee the quality of services provided to clients, and to ensure that commitments are met

Define cost and completion time objectives, and implement corrective actions in case of deviation or overrun.

Participate in product development committees, define the application order of developments.

To guide the definition of the material and human resources to be put in place.

Manage investments within your line and participate in profitability analysis

Contributing to maintaining a high-performing team and sustaining its motivation by being able to identify promising profiles in order to develop them within the company

To ensure compliance with QRQC level 1 and 2 standards

Ensuring a 5S and IP dynamic within its production lines

Anticipate future difficulties, manage risks (criticality, contingency plan) and define appropriate action plans

Respect Health, Safety and Environment rules and participate in the implementation of the HSE Management System.

Actively participate in EPDPs and the setting of common objectives for functional teams

Deploy and manage the REP (Efficiency and Performance Review) within its UAP
