AV/ELV Systems Engineer INTALEQ

Role Purpose-

Managing and developing solution design, sourcing, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance requirements for the venue's AV/ELV solutions. Assessing to ensure the functionality, quality, and reliability of the AV/ELV solutions support the venue's operational requirements.

Responsibilities-

Planning and Review of AV/ELV Solutions

• Interacting with the stakeholders and clients to identify and gather the solution requirements

• Preparing and developing the technical scope and solution's technical specifications.

• Conducting technical evaluations, design validation, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions to meet the venue/client requirements.

• Planning and ensuring the integration of various AV/ELV components and systems to function seamlessly.

• Provide expert guidance on AV/ELV technologies and best practices.

Project Management and Delivery

• Overseeing AV/ELV projects from initiation to completion.

• Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

• Overseeing the installation of AV/ELV systems.

• Conducting system commissioning and performance testing.

• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

• Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to management.

Operational Technical Support

• Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Conducting technical evaluations and risk assessments.

• Developing routine system check procedures and checklists.

• Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards of performance.

• Coordinating and providing technical support for hosted events, ensuring all AV/ELV systems are set up and functioning correctly.

• Developing and implementing emergency response procedures for AV/ELV solutions to address unexpected failures or incidents.

• Leading the response efforts during emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on venue operations

Qualification-

8+ years of experience in AV/ELV system design and implementation, preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.

Education:

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

Or other related field.

And Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Required Skillset:

• Strong knowledge of AV/ELV technologies, standards, and best practices.

• Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with large-scale AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments are preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
