Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical AV solutions.
- Design and propose Audio Visual systems including conferencing, display systems, control systems, and integrated AV solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), system schematics, and presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and client meetings to assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal engineering teams for solution design and costing.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide technical support during project handover to execution teams.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AV systems (e.g., video conferencing, LED displays, projection systems, DSP, control systems).
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and proposals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with major AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX, Bose, QSC, etc.).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design tools.
- Understanding of networking basics related to AV systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Audio Visual systems, excellent client-facing skills, and fluency in Arabic.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in AV/ELV presales or engineering roles.
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or CTS-D (Design).
- At least one major AV brand certification (Crestron / Extron / QSC).
- Fluent Arabic & English (Mandatory).
