Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing, and lighting.
Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events, ensuring seamless operation.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate a team of AV technicians.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage equipment, schedules, and event logistics.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
