Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation and Configuration:
- Install, configure, and test AV equipment such as Samsung Smart TVs, Promethean and HIKVISION Interactive Boards, LED screens, audio systems, and conferencing systems (Clickshare, Zoom).
- Set up and configure meeting room management systems.
- Implement cable management and racking solutions for audio and amp systems.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of AV equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AV systems promptly.
- Replace faulty components and parts as required.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all AV equipment.
- Software Support:
- Provide technical support for AV software applications, including Meetio App, Zoom, and meeting room management system software.
- Manage and support software licenses.
- On-Site Support:
- Offer on-site technical support to end-users within the organization.
- Provide timely assistance and resolution to AV-related issues.
- Coordinate with the backup support team as needed.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, including projectors, screens, audio systems, video conferencing systems, and interactive boards.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment.
- Familiarity with network configurations and cable management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Malayalam & Telugu language will be an advantage.
