The AV Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment to ensure smooth execution of events, presentations, and broadcasts. This role involves technical troubleshooting, equipment repair, and collaboration with event managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality audio and visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and operate AV equipment such as microphones, projectors, speakers, video conferencing systems, and lighting controls.
Set up audio and video equipment for corporate meetings, events, seminars, and broadcasts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on AV hardware to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with event coordinators and technical staff to meet specific AV requirements.
Manage inventory of AV equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of electrical equipment.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
