Aviation Procurement and Logistics Manager

Aviation Procurement & Logistics Officer

Main responsibilities:

Execute procurement processes for aviation fuel equipment, spare parts, operating materials, and safety files in accordance with approved policies.

Connecting with local and international suppliers to get the best prices and quality.

Managing import, customs clearance, and shipping operations, and coordinating with relevant authorities.

Monitoring inventory and ensuring the timely availability of operational materials for sites.

Preparing purchase orders, tracking invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Coordination with operations and engineering teams to meet the operational needs of airport sites.

Preparing periodic reports on purchases, inventory, and supply.

Ensuring compliance with JIG & IATA standards regarding equipment and operating materials.

Requirements:

University degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in the aviation or oil and gas sector.

Good knowledge of shipping, customs clearance and supply chain processes.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build professional relationships with suppliers.

Proficiency in using ERP systems.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.
