Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Process airline ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations for clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide detailed information on flight schedules, fares, travel regulations, and required documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in using airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in aviation ticketing, airline reservations, or a related travel industry role.
Assist customers with travel document requirements, including visas and residency paperwork, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
