Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

Ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance of Automatic Vehicle Monitoring systems supporting fleet operations and real-time passenger services.

Your role

  • Monitor AVM/AVL systems including onboard units, GPS tracking, and central platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs for accuracy, uptime, and real-time data availability.
  • Analyze fleet data to support scheduling, dispatching, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate integration with OCC/TCC and passenger information systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting of system issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Review contractor system upgrades and enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

About you

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT.
  • 10+ years experience in AVL/AVM or ITS systems.
  • Strong understanding of GPS tracking, fleet management, and real-time systems.
  • Experience in transport operations control systems preferred.
