Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake additional projects to support the Credit Team activities.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities, including system checks, MIS reports etc as directed by Credit Head.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor s degree level in accountancy / commerce / economics / finance with Master s degree being an added benefit.

Experience:

  • About 5-8 years banking experience of which at least 5 years in Credit

Technical & Behavioural Competencies:

  • Knowledge of risk analysis / assessment.
  • Extended experience in financial statement analysis with the ability to readily identify weaknesses and strengths.
  • Ability to satisfactorily resolve credit risk related queries / problems arising from the Business / other Units.
  • Good Computer skills required for job performance / analysis / memo writing.
  • Very good writing skills with the ability to provide concise / precise information as required by the Management.
  • Ability to process volume of applications with variable amount / complexities. This not only requires vast experience and in-depth analysis of such cases, but also ability to perform at certain standard of quality and within the given time frame.
