Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The AVP Motor Insurance leads and manages the motor insurance department, overseeing underwriting, claims operations, and team performance. The role is responsible for effective risk assessment, policy management, regulatory compliance, and the growth of the motor insurance portfolio, while supporting the company s strategic objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor insurance, including team leadership, underwriting, and claims management.

Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policy wording, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, VIP members, and insurers.

High degree of motivation, self-discipline, and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant insurance software.

UAE experience preferred.
-
Willingness to work full-time from the office in Abu Dhabi.

Immediate availability is mandatory.
