Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines of business

  • Conduct regular and strategic meetings with allocated brokers to develop the portfolio.

  • Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and Underwriting team

  • Prepare Business/ Performance reports on Monthly basis and share it with line manager.

  • Conducting Portal Presentations & Training to Brokers on various product offered by NGI

  • Monitor and analyse broker performance on a regular basis

  • Supporting finance Dept on Credit control related issues

  • Maintaining excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Build a strong Pipeline of Corporate account for each quarter

  • Update and maintain all KYC related document of the panel broker

  • Adherence to all Regulatory and Compliance related processes required by the company

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education – Bachelors/Masters/Diploma

  • Years of experience – Min 5 years in broker relations role

  • Certification - Insurance certification will be an added advantage

  • Excellent Communication and People management
