Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architecture solutions for telecom and fintech platforms using Azure services
• Define data standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for sensitive telecom and financial data
• Architect solutions for high-volume, real-time data processing (network events, transactions, customer interactions)
• Design data models for customer 360, network analytics, fraud detection, and financial reporting
• Lead technical architecture discussions and provide guidance on complex data challenges
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with telecom and financial regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across telecom and fintech divisions to align architecture with business strategy
• Mentor data engineers and provide technical leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles
• Deep expertise in Azure data services ecosystem (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric)
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data architectures
• Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and integration patterns
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom industry with network data architectures
• Experience in fintech or banking with payment systems and transaction architectures
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate certification
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR, and financial services regulations
• Experience with real-time streaming architectures for high-volume data
