Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Location: New Cairo Fifth Settlement
Industry: CRM / IT Solutions
Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the client base, and develop strategic relationships, with a focus on selling CRM solutions to businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored CRM solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the CRM sector.
  • Participate in sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales B2B preferably in CRM solutions and Realestate.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Have a car
