Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire suppliers, onboarding them to the Platform.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, listings, and updates.
Ensure supplier data and product information are accurate. - Resolve supplier issues and report system bugs or bottlenecks.
- Validate supplier KYC documents and compliance requirements.
- Guide suppliers through system registration and product uploads.
- Provide supplier training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or E-commerce Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supplier operations or e-commerce onboarding.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, CRM, and content management tools.
