Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire suppliers, onboarding them to the Platform.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, listings, and updates.
    Ensure supplier data and product information are accurate.
  • Resolve supplier issues and report system bugs or bottlenecks.
  • Validate supplier KYC documents and compliance requirements.
  • Guide suppliers through system registration and product uploads.
  • Provide supplier training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or E-commerce Management.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supplier operations or e-commerce onboarding.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, CRM, and content management tools.
