Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drives company growth by finding new opportunities.
Creates growth strategies to expand market reach, focusing on long-term partnerships (client acquisition and retention), drives revenue by generating leads.
Negotiating deals and meeting sales targets and business goals
Strategic planning, social media campaigns and market analysis
Nurturing prospects through sales cycles (calls, emails, meetings), and through research and networking
Ultimately aiming to expand the business and secure new partnerships or sales for the company.
Identifying potential clients
Manage the initial sales process, from first contact, creating proposals to closing deals.
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and meetings with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records for customers details, requests, orders, etc. and provide sales forecasts
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Performing other appropriate assigned tasks
2-4 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, negotiation tactics, and relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
Experience working in a hybrid (remote and on-site) work arrangement.
Desired Candidate Profile
