Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Strategy & Development
- Define the B2B sales strategy (objectives, customer segmentation, offers, pricing)
- Identify growth drivers (new markets, key accounts, partnerships)
- Managing the short, medium and long term sales roadmap
- Conducting market and competitive intelligence
- Commercial management
- Define and monitor revenue and margin targets
- Analyze sales performance (KPIs, pipeline, conversion rate)
- Optimize sales processes (CRM, sales cycles, reporting)
- Negotiating and concluding strategic contracts / key accounts
Team management
- To mentor, structure and develop the skills of B2B sales teams
- Recruiting, training and evaluating employees
- To drive sales momentum and a performance culture
Collaboration transverse
- Working with marketing on lead generation and offer positioning
- Collaborating with the product, operations, and customer service teams
- Participate in the company's strategic decisions
Formation
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in business science, management science, economics, finance and accounting or equivalent
Experience
- 8-12 years minimum experience in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in sales management or leadership
- Solid experience in negotiating with key accounts
