Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute wholesale distribution strategies and annual sales plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and B2B clients to drive business growth.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze sell-through data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
* Conduct regular visits to partner stores and markets to identify new business opportunities.
* Provide strategic feedback to buying, planning, and operations teams regarding product mix, pricing, and competitor activities.
* Ensure financial and operational compliance across B2B channels, including revenue management, cash handling, and stock control.
* Drive sales targets, profitability, and key performance indicators to support business expansion.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* 4 5 years of experience in B2B distribution, wholesale, or sales operations.
* Proven ability to manage distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Background in retail or lifestyle industries preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
