Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute partnership strategies to grow exhibition revenue
Manage the full partnership cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Create pricing strategies and tailored sponsorship or exhibition packages
Meet and exceed revenue targets for new and existing events
Identify high-potential prospects through research, referrals, and inbound leads
Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to drive new business
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and partnerships
Build long-term client relationships to support retention and upselling
Understand client needs and align event solutions to their objectives
Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams
Contribute to event development, pricing, formats, and positioning
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide partnership reports and forecasts
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Bring a hands-on, agile approach to building startup-stage exhibitions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years B2B partnership experience
Proven success in exhibition or sponsorship sales
Experience working on startup or early-stage events
Strong pricing and commercial package development skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Confident cold caller with strong outbound sales drive
Self-starter with high initiative and accountability
CRM proficiency such as Salesforce or HubSpot
