Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Inside Sales

Make outbound sales calls to B2B clients across Gulf countries.

Generate new leads through calling, emailing, and online research.

Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and pitch relevant solutions.

Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.


Pre-Sales

Explain product/service features to potential clients.

Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and product information.

Assist sales teams by providing accurate pre-sales documentation.

Coordinate with technical teams for product demos or clarifications.


General Responsibilities

Maintain CRM entries and daily/weekly sales reports.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and client support.

Meet monthly activity targets and sales goals.


Required Skills

Must speak Arabic fluently (mandatory). Non-Arabic speakers should NOT apply.

Strong English communication skills.

Confidence in phone-based sales and customer interaction.

Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of the Gulf region market is an added advantage.

Familiarity with inside sales or pre-sales is preferred.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).


Qualification

Bachelor’s degree ( Not Preferred).

Freshers with strong Arabic speaking skills are welcome to apply.
