Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients to promote Bekya Pay s recycling and sustainability solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories or sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific sustainability needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent Bekya Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging based on client insights.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate sustainability and recycling solutions to corporate clients.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
