Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company s products/services.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management regularly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within ICT or unified communications.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of unified communications, audio/video conferencing, or ICT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel to client locations as required.
