Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company s products/services.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within ICT or unified communications.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of unified communications, audio/video conferencing, or ICT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel to client locations as required.
