  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the A2P SMS and telecom industries.
  • Business Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities, expand market presence, and meet revenue objectives through strategic engagement and tailored solutions.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client projects and campaigns.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies within the messaging ecosystem.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on account performance, client engagement metrics, and overall business growth.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This role combines client relationship management with strategic business development, focusing on data-driven marketing and communication solutions that foster strong partnerships and community engagement within the telecom sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the A2P SMS and telecom industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sales, client relations, or account management, preferably within the A2P SMS or telecommunications sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
