Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
B2B sales strategy: design and manage the sales action plan dedicated to professional markets.
Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities, prospect new B2B customers, and consolidate relationships with strategic accounts.
Key account management: ensure the negotiation and conclusion of high value-added contracts, guarantee the satisfaction and loyalty of key customers.
Team management: supervise and support the sales team in achieving its objectives, set priorities and develop everyone's skills.
Performance management: define and monitor key market indicators, analyze results and implement corrective plans.
Strategic monitoring: monitor the evolution of the B2B market, analyze competitive practices and anticipate the needs of professional clients to adapt the offer.
Internal collaboration: work in close coordination with the company's departments to ensure the consistency and competitiveness of the commercial offer.
Profile
Bac+5 training in commerce, management or equivalent.
Significant experience (at least 15 years) in B2B business development, ideally in industrial or technical markets.
Expertise in major account management and negotiation.
Proven skills in sales team management.
Ability to define a strategic vision and translate it into operational actions.
Strong leadership, results-oriented and customer-oriented.
Professional English required.
