Roles & Responsibilities

The B2B Sales Executive in the Commercial Air Conditioning is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. The role focuses on promoting and selling commercial air conditioning solutions (such as , VRF, and centralized systems) for projects in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities


Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients including consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate accounts.


Promote and sell commercial air conditioning solutions tailored to project and client requirements.


Follow up on project leads, tenders, and RFQs from consultants and contractors.


Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering and estimation teams.


Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while meeting company profitability targets.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.


Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall departmental growth.


Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, service, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.


Attend client meetings, site visits, and project coordination meetings when required.


Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


Minimum 3 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the HVAC or commercial air conditioning industry.


Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems ( VRF, etc.).


Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and project-based sales.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.


Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
