Roles & Responsibilities


Computer & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Professional email communication

  • Internet research and online collaboration tools

  • Experience or willingness to work extensively on Odoo CRM

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and manage leads through Odoo CRM.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships using Odoo CRM for tracking and follow-ups.

  • Conduct client visits and meetings at factories and customer sites, and log all activities in Odoo CRM.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and record opportunities in Odoo CRM.

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions, updating customer requirements and notes in Odoo CRM.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while managing deal stages in Odoo CRM.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure through Odoo CRM pipelines.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets, tracked and reported via Odoo CRM.

Job Qualifications

  • 0 2 years of experience in B2B or general sales.

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good English.

  • Basic to good understanding of sales principles and processes.

  • Bachelors degree is a must.

  • Valid drivers license and ownership of a personal vehicle.

  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

  • Ability to work from the office and customer locations.
