Computer & Technical Skills

Experience or willingness to work extensively on Odoo CRM
Job Responsibilities
-
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and manage leads through Odoo CRM.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships using Odoo CRM for tracking and follow-ups.
-
Conduct client visits and meetings at factories and customer sites, and log all activities in Odoo CRM.
-
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and record opportunities in Odoo CRM.
-
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions, updating customer requirements and notes in Odoo CRM.
-
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while managing deal stages in Odoo CRM.
-
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure through Odoo CRM pipelines.

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets, tracked and reported via Odoo CRM.
Job Qualifications

0 2 years of experience in B2B or general sales.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good English.

Basic to good understanding of sales principles and processes.

Bachelors degree is a must.

Valid drivers license and ownership of a personal vehicle.

Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.

Ability to work from the office and customer locations.
