Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and enterprise clients.
- Reactivate sleeping clients and find new business opportunities.
- Handle B2B and B2C orders via CRM (Bitrix24 / 1C / MySklad).
- Conduct online product presentations and follow up on payments and deliveries.
- Participate in beauty conferences and exhibitions representing Hanafy.
- Maintain updated client information and deals in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate product features and benefits.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Based in Egypt with the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
