Roles & Responsibilities

B2B Sales Executive Korashi is a premium matcha brand focused on delivering high-quality Japanese matcha to cafés, wellness concepts, fitness studios, hotels, and restaurants across the UAE. We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help expand our B2B presence and build long-term wholesale partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential wholesale customers including cafés, restaurants, hotels, Pilates studios, wellness centers, and corporate offices. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, email outreach, and social media. Arrange product tastings and presentations for decision-makers. Build and maintain relationships with café owners, procurement managers, and F&B managers. Negotiate commercial terms and close wholesale accounts. Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the Korashi team to support product launches, promotions, and partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the specialty beverage industry. Requirements Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within food & beverage, hospitality, coffee, tea, wellness, or FMCG industries. Existing network within the UAE hospitality and café sector is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
