Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with existing pet stores and supermarket clients
  • Actively source and secure new B2B partnerships that align with Nooshi s Nibbles brand positioning
  • Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close new deals
  • Handle B2B orders end-to-end (order taking, coordination with operations, follow-up)
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, orders, pricing, and agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings, store visits, and trade discussions

    • Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in B2B sales (FMCG, food, retail, or pet industry preferred)
  • Strong network or familiarity with pet stores and/or supermarket chains in Egypt is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
  • Comfortable with travel within Egypt
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and order tracking systemsbr>
