Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms to manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Swvl s solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze client feedback to drive business development and service improvements.
- Perform needs assessments to understand client pain points and tailor Swvl s solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight Swvl s value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
