Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, tracking all stages of the sales process.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to customize solutions for client needs and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to expand network and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products or sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within ( Automotive) .
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing sales, and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
    Experience managing complex sales cycles or selling to enterprise-level clients.
  • Industry knowledge relevant to our market.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and techniques.
  • Multilingual capabilities (if relevant to client base).
