The Opportunity:

We're seeking a results-driven B2B sales freelancer to expand our client base among Dubai's SME community. This is a commission-only role perfect for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Commission Structure: Minimum 20% of each successfully closed deal


What You'll Do:


Identify and target SMEs (50-500 employees) across all industries in Dubai

Generate leads through your existing network and cold outreach

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Collaborate with our team on sales materials and strategy



Essential Requirements

Legal Status: UAE residency OR valid work/freelance visa to operate legally in Dubai

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years B2B sales experience in Dubai market

Network: Established connections within Dubai's SME business community

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Arabic (highly preferred)

Skills: Proven track record in consultancy, training, or technology sales

Independence: Self-motivated with ability to work remotely and manage flexible hours



Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience selling AI/technology training or business consultancy services

Understanding of digital transformation challenges facing SMEs

Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Knowledge of Dubai's business landscape and regulatory environment
