Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential corporate clients in the construction sector.
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and strengthen partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of the construction sector and corporate procurement processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
