Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build relationships with diverse customers, attract new customers, understand their needs and requirements, and then increase sales volume and achieve the targeted profit return.
- Visits potential customers to present product offers in logical and attractive ways that convince them of the benefits and advantages of the products.
- Visits existing customers based on a traffic plan approved by the Sales and Marketing Manager to follow up on business and assess customer satisfaction.
- Communicates with customers to follow up on the sales process and evaluate customer satisfaction with the products provided to them.
- Collects feedback from customers about the products and submits this feedback in reports to the relevant departments with the aim of benefiting from this feedback later in improvement and development processes.
- Listens to customer complaints and satisfies them by processing them and providing appropriate solutions.
- Submits a daily report to the Sales and Marketing Manager on the work situation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 year and up to 10 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid workplace arrangement.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
