Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.
Develop an action plan to ensure effective deployment of the business strategy.
Actively participate in the smooth running and success of the company's marketing and brand image promotion actions.
Implement the necessary measures to ensure turnover growth.
Define the means necessary for the development of the company's commercial offering.
Structure the sales force.
Develop sales support and sales management tools.
Lead, motivate and coordinate the sales force.
Definition of strategic brand directions (short and medium term).
Analyze the market (initiate and manage studies), its trends, the needs of producers as well as the competitive environment.
Consolidate and analyze the performance of the company's brands and present the results.
Exploring new markets.
Organization of commercial actions.
Continuously monitor and analyze market behavior with a view to identifying environmental threats to be circumvented and business opportunities to be seized.
Propose areas for development within the framework of the strategic plan.
Oversee the application of the sales policy.
Ensure regular and rigorous monitoring of customer accounts (level of credit granted, recovery, etc.) and take all necessary measures to clean up and update them.
Ensure, through these frequent trips, constant proximity to the company's customers and remain attentive to them, in order to deal with their complaints and needs in a timely manner.
Profile
Diploma in the field of sales.
10 years of experience in a similar position.
