Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 year of experience in B2B sales management .
  • Proven experience in Consumer goods and Horeca sales sectors .
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience working in an on-site (office-based) environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, results-driven setting.
  • Owns a car is a must
