Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and wholesale sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements in all sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
